1. How do online Italian classes work?
My online Italian classes are conducted using Skype. If you don’t have it installed on your pc, clicking on this link you can download the latest version and you will be walked through the installation process.
We can use video and audio connection, or just the microphone.

 

2. What do I need for my italian class?
All you need is Skype, a webcam, a headset, a microphone and MOTIVATION.

I will provide you all the material: books, grammar, exercises, videos, audios, homeworks...

 

3. How do I book a class?
Just go to the BOOKING page and choose the day and the hour according to your preferences and your needs.
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.
Otherwelse, email me or Skype me your request, and I’ll reply to help you.
You can book a single class or a pack.

 

4. Do you give a free trial lesson?
Of course! During the free trial lesson (30 minutes), we will discuss your goals in learning Italian and check your level, so that I can develop a specific learning plan according to your needs.
Go to the BOOKING page, and ask for your first free reservation coupon.

 

5. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal payments.
Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, the system also accepts payments with credit/debit cards

6. Do I pay before or after the class?
Classes must be paid in advance.

 

7. What happens if I cannot attend a class and have to cancel?
If you must cancel a class, you will have your money back. But it's necessary that you do it or send me a notice one day in advance. If you do not attend the class without notify me, I won't be able to refund you.

 

8. Do you teach on the weekends?
Yes, in any time you can check the calendar to find your perfect lesson time.

 

9. What if the internet connection is poor or goes down?
If the internet connection is poor or goes down, the class will be rescheduled for a later date.
